Something emerges from the dark.

Fondo is built in deep slate and charcoal, with warm ember light pressing through from beneath. It is a painting about atmosphere — about what a room feels like at a particular hour, in a particular light.

It does not announce itself. It settles into a wall and changes the quality of the space around it. Quieter than Piega, but no less considered.

Every canvas is made to order and printed using archival-grade inks on premium cotton-blend canvas, stretched over a kiln-dried hardwood frame. Colours are calibrated for long-term stability.
