Returns & Refund Policy
Every Renovae piece is made to order — crafted specifically for you after your order is placed. Because production begins promptly, our returns policy reflects the nature of made-to-order manufacturing. We ask that you read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, before production commences.
To cancel, email studio@renovae.in immediately with your order number and the subject line "Cancellation Request." We will confirm cancellation and issue a full refund within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
After 12 hours, production will have commenced and we are unable to accept cancellation requests under any circumstances.
Returns
Because every Renovae piece is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. This applies to all products including canvas wall art, designer vases, lamps, clocks, and gift sets.
We encourage you to review all product details, dimensions, finish options, and images carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about a piece before purchasing, contact us at studio@renovae.in — we are happy to help you choose correctly.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging every Renovae piece for safe transit. In the unlikely event that your piece arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost to you.
To claim a replacement:
Contact us at studio@renovae.in within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage or defect
- Clear photographs showing the damage, including the packaging
Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery cannot be accepted. We are unable to process replacement claims without photographic evidence.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved — typically within one working day — a replacement will be put into production immediately and dispatched within 7–10 working days at no charge.
Incorrect Items
If you receive a piece different from what you ordered — wrong finish, wrong size, or wrong product — contact us at studio@renovae.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will arrange collection of the incorrect item and dispatch the correct piece as a priority order at no cost to you.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only in the following circumstances:
- A cancellation request is made within 12 hours of ordering
- A damaged or defective item cannot be replaced within a reasonable timeframe
- An incorrect item is received and the correct item cannot be fulfilled
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
We do not offer partial refunds.
International Orders — UAE and Saudi Arabia
All international orders are subject to the same cancellation, returns, and refund policy above. Please note:
Canvas works shipped internationally are sent rolled in archival protective packaging. If your rolled canvas arrives damaged, the same 48-hour claim window applies — contact us with photographs and we will arrange a replacement.
Import duties and local taxes paid on delivery are non-refundable by Renovae in any circumstance, as these are levied by local customs authorities and are outside our control.
Gifting Orders
If a Renovae piece was purchased as a gift and arrives damaged or defective, the recipient may contact us directly at studio@renovae.in. We will verify the order and arrange a replacement without requiring the original purchaser to be involved.
Corporate Orders
Corporate orders of 10 units or more are subject to separate terms agreed at the time of order confirmation. Please refer to your corporate order agreement or contact studio@renovae.in for clarification.
