All Renovae pieces are made to order and dispatched within 7–10 working days. You will receive a production confirmation within 12 hours of ordering and a dispatch notification with tracking details when your piece leaves our studio.
India Courier: Delhivery / DTDC / Bluedart, Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days after dispatch
UAE Courier: DHL Express / Aramex / FedEx International, Estimated delivery: 5–7 working days after dispatch
Saudi Arabia Courier: DHL Express / Aramex / FedEx International, Estimated delivery: 5–7 working days after dispatch
International canvas orders Canvas works shipped to UAE and Saudi Arabia are sent rolled in archival protective packaging to ensure safe transit. A framing guide is included. Local professional framing is recommended for best results.
Duties and taxes India orders include GST in the listed price. UAE and Saudi Arabia orders display prices exclusive of local VAT, which is added at checkout at the applicable rate (UAE: 5%, Saudi Arabia: 15%). Import duties, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns and exchanges
Because every Renovae piece is made specifically to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We ask that you choose carefully — if you have questions about a piece before ordering, we are happy to help at studio@renovae.in.
Damaged or defective pieces If your piece arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at studio@renovae.in with your order number and clear photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you, with priority production.
Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, before production begins. Email studio@renovae.in immediately with your order number. After 24 hours, production will have commenced and we are unable to cancel.
