About our pieces
What does made to order mean?
Every Renovae piece is crafted after you place your order — we hold no stock. This means your piece is made specifically for you, in your chosen finish, and has never sat on a shelf. It is a different object from something mass-produced, and we believe that difference is worth the wait.
Are your pieces handmade?
Each piece is formed through a precision process developed in our design studio. The result is an object with genuine structural detail, consistent quality, and slight natural variation between pieces — evidence that yours was made individually.
Do pieces vary slightly from the images?
Yes, slightly. Subtle variations in surface texture and tone are inherent to our craft process and are considered a feature. The colour and form will match what you see, but your piece will carry its own character.
Are the canvas works printed or painted?
Our canvas works are produced using archival-grade inks on premium cotton-blend canvas. They are not hand-painted — they are precision-printed reproductions of original works, stretched over solid hardwood frames.
What are the objects made from?
Our designer objects are precision-formed from a composite material developed for structural integrity and surface quality. They are not ceramic, not plaster, and not cast resin — they are formed through our own studio process and finished by hand.
Orders and production
How long will my order take?
All pieces are dispatched within 7–10 working days of your order being placed. You will receive a production update within 24 hours of ordering, and a dispatch notification with tracking when your piece leaves us.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Cancellations and changes are accepted within 12 hours of placing your order. After production has begun, we are unable to cancel or modify the order. To cancel within the window, email studio@renovae.in immediately with your order number.
Can I personalise a piece?
Certain pieces are available with finish options — choose your preferred finish at the product page. Selected pieces are also available with custom engravings or initials at an additional cost. Look for the "Available for personalisation" label on eligible products.
Do you offer custom sizes or designs?
Renovae pieces are designed as complete compositions. We do not offer custom shapes or designs outside of our current collections. If you have a specific requirement, contact us and we will advise on the closest match from our range.
Shipping and delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship across India, UAE, and Saudi Arabia.
How are international canvas orders shipped?
Canvas works for UAE and Saudi Arabia ship rolled in archival protective packaging. This preserves the work during transit and allows you to choose your preferred framing locally. A framing guide is included with every international canvas order.
Can I track my order?
Yes. A tracking link is sent to your email and WhatsApp (India) when your order is dispatched.
Returns and replacements
What is your returns policy?
Because every Renovae piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your piece arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost — contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage.
My piece arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email studio@renovae.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement immediately.
Gifting and corporate
Do you offer gift wrapping?
All Renovae orders arrive in our signature packaging, which is designed to be the gift. A handwritten message card is included at no extra cost — add your message at checkout.
